Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DD7 Radar. We strive to provide the best possible monitoring service for Amazon FBM sellers. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts to allow you to fully test the service before committing to a paid plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. We encourage you to use this period to ensure DD7 Radar meets your business needs.

2. Subscription Non-Refundability

Once the 14-day free trial ends and you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time if you decide to cancel your subscription mid-cycle.

This policy applies to all subscription tiers and billing cycles (monthly or annual).

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

— Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

— No further charges will be made to your payment method.

— After the billing period ends, your access to the service will be disabled and monitoring will stop.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is "no refunds," we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:

— Significant technical failures of the service that prevent you from using the core features for more than 48 consecutive hours.

— Erroneous duplicate charges by our payment processor.

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact support@dd7radar.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades: When you upgrade your plan, the new features take effect immediately. You will be charged the difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

Downgrades: When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the difference in plan pricing during the current cycle.
