Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DD7 Radar ("we", "our", "us"), an Amazon SP-API integrated monitoring service for FBM sellers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

DD7 Radar is a shipment monitoring tool for Amazon FBM sellers. It connects to your Amazon account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), monitors your orders for shipment risk signals, and delivers alerts to you by email. The service surfaces early warnings — it does not take any action on your behalf, does not file claims or cases automatically, and does not interact with Amazon's systems other than reading order and notification data.

All alerts are risk indicators, not confirmed financial facts. DD7 Radar makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data received from Amazon's SP-API, as that data is controlled by Amazon.

2. Amazon SP-API Access

To use the service, you must authorise DD7 Radar to access your Amazon Seller account via SP-API OAuth (Login with Amazon). By authorising this connection, you grant us permission to retrieve order data, package status, shipment tracking information, and account health notifications on your behalf, using the Inventory and Order Tracking role.

You may revoke this access at any time from within Amazon Seller Central. Revoking access will immediately stop data retrieval and disable alert monitoring for your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of DD7 Radar complies with your obligations under Amazon's Selling Partner API Developer Agreement, Business Solutions Agreement, and all applicable Amazon policies.

3. Subscription and Billing

DD7 Radar offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Plan details and pricing are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires selecting a paid plan. If no plan is selected, your account will be suspended and monitoring will pause.

Order volume limits: Each plan includes a monthly order processing limit. If your usage approaches your plan's limit, you will receive a warning by email. Sync continues through the current billing cycle; enforcement takes effect at the next renewal if no upgrade has been made. Exceeding your limit does not result in mid-cycle suspension.

Upgrades and downgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on a downgraded or cancelled plan.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@dd7radar.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the service until that date.

Upon cancellation, your Amazon SP-API connection will be revoked and monitoring will stop. Your account data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

— Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law or Amazon's policies, including Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Selling Partner API Developer Agreement.

— Attempt to circumvent API rate limits, access controls, or any other technical restrictions of the service or Amazon's SP-API.

— Use data retrieved through DD7 Radar for any purpose other than managing your own Amazon seller account.

— Share access credentials or allow unauthorised third parties to access your account.

— Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.

6. Alerts Are Informational Only

DD7 Radar delivers monitoring alerts based on signals detected in your order data. These alerts are informational indicators intended to give you time to investigate and act. They are not legal advice, financial advice, or confirmed statements of fact about your account status, disbursement timing, or Amazon policy outcomes.

Amazon's automated systems operate independently of DD7 Radar. We have no ability to influence, delay, or reverse Amazon decisions regarding disbursements, claims, or account health. All actions in response to alerts — including contacting carriers, filing SAFE-T claims, or responding to A-to-Z claims — are taken by you at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DD7 Radar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to DD7 Radar in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will be delivered within any specific timeframe. The accuracy and completeness of data depends on Amazon's SP-API, which is outside our control. We disclaim all liability for missed alerts caused by API downtime, rate limiting, or data delays on Amazon's end.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by email where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
